My training programs are designed to help you look and feel your best! I want you to be confident not just in the way that you look - but also in the way that you LIFT!! There's a HUGE misconception that people believe - which is that you have to choose between looking toned and lean OR being muscular and strong... But I've found that both of these things are entirely possible as long as you have the right approach to your training!!
Of course! We have high intensity programs available which have been specifically designed to increase energy expenditure & maximise the amount of calories burned during a workout!! You don't just have to rely on cardio to achieve this... Lifting can achieve the same outcome when done right!!
We have programs specifically designed for home workouts that require minimal equipment! As long as you have a pair of dumbbells - then you've got everything you need to LIFTit!!
Yes, there are programs specifically designed for those who are just starting out! We can teach you the fundamentals and ensure you start your journey in the best way possible!!
YES! We have advanced programs available on the app to help you take your training to the next level!! Plus... creating your own workouts can become stale after a while... why not try something new!? On top of that... the app can serve as a great tool to simply record all your progress & track your PR's!!
Workout length can vary depending on the program... but if you're someone that's restricted for time - then you'll LOVE our Express Workout feature!! This feature allows you to convert any workout into an "Express Workout" which can be complete in just 30-45 minute (maximum)
We have various programs from as little as 3 days per week of training - all the way up to 6 days per week! It's totally up to you and can promise that you'll find a suitable program that works for your schedule as well as your goals!!
